Ask before you sign

Know the work. Check the offer.

An agency can hire chat agents to manage creator-approved subscriber conversations and sell paid content. That does not make every job advert trustworthy. Check the named company, written contract, pay calculation and hiring costs. Bunny Agency publishes its terms through Bunny Academy; applying, assessment and training for this opening are free.

Understand who you would work with

The role described here is with Bunny Agency LLC, a USA company, with hiring and training handled by Bunny Academy. You are not applying to be employed by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. This recruitment guide is also run by Bunny Agency.

The work is to handle a creator’s messages using an approved persona, build rapport and offer PPV content at the creator’s prices. The Academy’s guide to checking chatter jobs explains the agency model and warning signs in more detail.

Knowing the business model is only a starting point. For any agency you consider, ask which legal entity signs the agreement and where the written terms can be read. A familiar platform name in an advert does not answer those questions.

Check the money flowing in both directions

For this opening, applying, tests, the interview and training cost nothing. A demand to buy a course before being hired conflicts with those terms. Stop and verify any payment request through the Academy rather than following instructions from an unfamiliar message.

Ask how earnings are calculated. Bunny’s first 2 weeks pay 6% of generated net sales. Later plans include an hourly base with commission or commission-only at 6–10%, depending on the account. The hourly base is not published in the posting.

Typical earnings of $400–$1,500 per month are variable and depend on plan, hours and sales. Treat income screenshots and promises of a fixed result with care. Our pay guide separates the published terms from a clearly labelled arithmetic example.

Read the agreement as a set of questions

Before starting, ask to read the contract and identify the company, the work, the payment basis and the notice terms. For Bunny, the agreement is a freelancer contract signed online, with 2 weeks’ notice on either side.

Check that the schedule in the agreement matches what you can do. The published opening requires 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. An advert calling this same opening casual, part-time or freely scheduled would not match the official description.

Payments are scheduled for the 1st and 16th by bank transfer, and the agency covers transfer fees. If you need more detail about net sales, payout records or the account’s rate, ask before signing. Clear questions are useful even when an advert looks professional.

Protect your information and verify the route

Go to the official posting yourself and compare the hiring steps with any message you receive. Do not assume a person controls the Academy just because they use the same name or image in a chat. Ask the Academy to clarify an unexpected request before acting on it.

The Academy’s scam guide flags requests to verify someone else’s creator or payout account with your identity. Keep that separate from receiving your own freelancer payment into your bank account. If a request is unclear, pause and ask what the information is needed for.

This site collects no application answers or identity documents. The application takes place on Bunny Academy. There is no reason to send personal documents to this guide, and it does not have an upload form. See how privacy works here before following an application link.

Decide whether you are comfortable with the work

An offer can have clear terms and still be a poor fit for you. In this role, subscribers receive replies written in the creator’s voice. The creator approves the persona and boundaries. You should understand that arrangement before applying.

The conversations can be explicit, emotional or rude. You never appear on camera, meet fans or share your identity with subscribers. Those boundaries do not remove the adult-industry context. If that work makes you uncomfortable, take that concern seriously.

Use the daily-work guide to understand the tasks and the hiring guide to understand the tests. This page helps you ask better questions; it does not verify every agency or replace the agreement you receive.

You can review Bunny Agency’s full posting before deciding whether to start. There is no need to treat pressure, a promised income or a paid course as part of this hiring route.
